By browsing our storefront, creating an account, or placing an order with Mobile Corner ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order — and feel free to reach out if something needs clarifying first.

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under that account.

Please provide accurate, current information — a wrong phone number or address is the most common reason a delivery gets delayed.

• Product photos are for illustration — actual color and packaging may vary slightly.
• All listed devices are genuine and, where applicable, PTA-approved for use on Pakistani networks.
• Prices, discounts, and stock levels are shown in real time, but availability isn't guaranteed until an order is confirmed — high-demand items can sell out between browsing and checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order is fulfilled; if that happens, we'll always contact you first before charging anything different from what you saw.

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment is verified (or, for cash on delivery, once the order is accepted for dispatch). We may cancel or hold an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an obvious pricing error, and we'll always let you know if that happens.

You can request to cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us directly.

We deliver across Pakistan with real-time order tracking. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are our best estimate, not a guarantee — weather, courier delays, and remote locations can occasionally push things back. Risk of loss passes to you once a package is marked delivered to the address provided, so please double-check your address and phone number before confirming an order.

• Devices arriving damaged, defective, or not matching what was ordered are eligible for a free return, exchange, or refund — just contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Manufacturer warranty terms apply on top of the above and vary by brand — we'll always point you to the right process, whether that's an in-house repair or an authorized service center.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) once the returned item is inspected.

When you leave a product review, you're confirming it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share anything you post (like photos). We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to the product, but we won't edit or delete honest feedback just because it's critical.

We work hard to keep listings, pricing, and stock information accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Corner isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site — our responsibility for a valid claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We'd always rather resolve a concern directly, so please contact us first — most issues get sorted out quickly that way. Where a dispute can't be resolved informally, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur.

As our catalog and services grow, these Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to shop with us after a change means you accept the update.
